Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aupairly platform. By registering for or using Aupairly, you agree to these Terms and to the practices described in our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use Aupairly.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for or use Aupairly.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating your profile, and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You agree to keep your profile information up to date and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Permitted use of information on Aupairly

Personal information available through Aupairly is provided only for legitimate Au Pair employment purposes.

You may not use information accessed through Aupairly to:

  • Contact an Au Pair or family for any purpose unrelated to Au Pair employment
  • Market, advertise, or sell unrelated products or services
  • Copy, scrape, export, or compile profile information into another list, database, or service
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise share access to profile information with anyone else
  • Harass, discriminate against, or otherwise mistreat any person whose information you access
  • Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your identity or intentions

Paid access gives you permission to use information for its intended Aupairly purpose. It does not give you ownership of that information.

5. Profile content

You are responsible for the photos and information you upload to your profile. You confirm that you have the right to share anything you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or violate any law.

6. No guarantee of matches or outcomes

Aupairly helps Au Pairs and families discover one another. We do not guarantee that you will be matched, hired, or contacted, and we are not a party to, and do not guarantee the outcome of, any employment arrangement made between an Au Pair and a family.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Aupairly if you breach these Terms, including the restrictions on use of information in Section 4.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
